July16-20th workout schedule

MONDAY~ Goal is a short 20-25 minute run & 45 minute SPIN CLASS

TUESDAY~ Kickboxing, what else? ;)

WEDNESDAY~ I teach two 45 minute SPIN classes. 

THURSDAY~ Run in the am and teach TABATA in the pm.

FRIDAY~  Weights or kickboxing

SATURDAY~  The goal is a 5 mile run :)
